International Justice due to the Refugee Crisis

Eritrea has long-been known, as being one of the most repressive regimes in the world, right up there with North Korea. The key policy of this is the forced conscription of nearly all young people, usually for no apparent reason or official duration. For years now, these policies have been the reason that tens of thousands of Eritreans flee their country every year, and yet little international attention has been paid to their plight. Now, with the numbers of refugees fleeing to Europe becoming a bigger problem than ever, the fact that Eritreans are one of the largest groups of asylum seekers to Europe is becoming increasingly understood. It is therefore not surprising, though still promising, that the leaders of this country are finally under the spotlight of the UN and international law, perhaps with justice to follow?
